The AQUEOUS project began in 2021 by Frank Rosin and Stefano Moris.
Both have a rich history in the watersports world, focusing on hydrofoiling in its various forms for over a decade.
Frank (a.k.a. Famous Frank) is located in the North of Germany and runs a distribution company.
Stef is the Mikeslab hydrofoils designer and European manufacturer based in Italy.
